Refund policy

Returns: 

1. Change of mind. 

  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. All goods which have been used by the purchaser will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Tailor-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Refund covers the cost of the item(s) only — original included shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer covers any return shipping.
  • Email me via bags@collinscycleworks.uk with your order number and the reason for return before sending anything back.
  • A full refund will be made for the return of faulty items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Incorrect or faulty item.

  • Item(s) received that are incorrect or faulty, can be exchanged for the correct item.
  • Return shipping will either be pre-supplied or reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Email me via bags@collinscycleworks.uk with your order number and the reason for return before sending anything back.
